zend provides a messaging platform that enables users to send critical messages such as OTPs, login alerts, and system notifications via WhatsApp and SMS channels.

The platform is free to use. You only pay for credits used to send messages. Credits are non-refundable and expire according to our credit policy.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

zend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, your access to the service will be suspended and any unused credits may be forfeited.
